Job description

Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Recruiter to source and contact potential candidates for corporate and contract positions. Candidates must be self-starters and highly organized while possessing a strong command of the English language in verbal and written communications.

Essential Functions

• Sourcing potential candidates utilizing various Human Resources approved job-boards to build candidate pipeline
• Screen candidate resumes and applications to determine eligibility
• Maintain a repository of eligible candidates’ resumes and other required documentation
• Ensure all screening is conducted in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Contact candidates via email and telephone to conduct prescreens to verify candidate’s qualifications
• Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and or email
• Schedule candidate interviews with the proper hiring manager and HR representative, and obtain Interview Feedback Sheets from all interviewers
• Maintain internal recruitment reports
• Monitor applicant tracking system for candidates
• Respond to correspondences from candidates, hiring managers, and other corporate entities in a timely fashion (within 1 business day or less)
• Collaborate with management to identify areas of concern and bottle necks in the recruitment process
• Establish and maintain electronic HR-related files
• Assist in quarterly QMS updates
• Onboarding for new hires (send Welcome email with all attachments, monitor that trainings are being completed throughout the day, assist with any troubleshooting as needed, and complete E-Verify through HIREtech/Paychex Flex)

Requirements

Education & Training

• Minimum of 1 year of previous recruitment experience

Minimum Experience & Skills

• Solid understanding of Full-Cycle recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including excellent phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
• Must be a US Citizen

Desired Experience & Skills

• Familiarity with DocuSign
• Previous experience using PayChex Flex
