Job Title: Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled recruiter to help us hire several positions in the finance, marketing, operations, and administrative departments. The successful candidate will work as a 1099 contractor for a 3-month period and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

As a recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process is timely and effective. You will be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, research, and professional networks. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting phone and in-person interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and providing feedback to hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in candidate selection meetings with hiring managers.
• Provide timely and effective feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Negotiate job offers and provide on-boarding support to new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Experience in recruiting for finance, marketing, operations, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
