Job description
This role is subject to a flexible hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 1 pre-determined day per week in our mid-town office.
Possibility for part-time (3-4 days per week as needed)
SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Human Resources (HR), the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of open positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of most job openings at the Foundation.
- Work with management team to compose job descriptions for each position within CRF.
- Become familiar with tasks assigned and skills required for each assigned job opening.
- Edit and update job descriptions.
- Compose and place recruitment ads for different platforms including employment internet sites, CRF’s web site, social media, and various niche sites.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Discuss and advise hiring managers on current hiring needs.
- Review resumes and evaluate fit based on candidate’s employment background and job requirements.
- Screen appropriate candidates and manage interview process.
- Perform passive candidate search.
- Conduct interviews with candidates based on job descriptions and discussions with hiring managers.
- Communicate with hiring managers and HR Director on recruiting progress.
- Responsible for the pre-employment process , including background and reference checks. Conduct reference checks via telephone. Make offers of employment to selected candidates.
- Research and present new cost-effective recruiting methods.
- Review employment listings on www.crf.orgon weekly basis and update as appropriate.
- Attend job fairs as a representative of CRF and write articles for CRF internal newsletter.
- Communicate recruiting updates to HR Director and team.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience required. Healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Solid track record in all phases of recruitment and pre-employment.
- Proven experience utilizing applicant tracking system.
- Savvy with professional, social and other networking tools and databases.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers, technical staff and senior management to source and identify high quality talent for open positions.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems related to recruiting strategies.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must possess excellent communication and writing skills, patience, professionalism and ability to effectively interact with staff and management at all levels. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with hiring managers, medical leadership and other team members.
- Ability to multi-task, follow-up and manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines. Outstanding organizational skills is a must.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and online search tools.

COMPENSATION
The hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The annual salary that will ultimately be offered to the successful candidate will depend on job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
