Hello Realtor Professionals:

Our Real Estate Investment company, Your Creative Options, is partnering with the number one Real Estate Creative Finance Mentorship in the nation, Sub To with Pace Morby. We are all on a mission to help the many millions of people who:

• Cannot get approved for a mortgage - we can get most people into a home without banks.
• Want to net much more than 70% when they sell - we use creative financing to structure our deals where the Seller can get asking price,or close, by simply working with the financing.
• Want to treat their property more like a "giving tree", giving Seller the option to move to "Lender Status".
• Does not want the hassle of low-ball offers.

We have an excellent opportunity for the right people/team/brokerage. We are working with a select group of Realtors/Investors, who want to earn a potentially lucrative revenue stream by helping other Realtors their throw away leads; we "resuscitate dead or difficult deals" buy using various Creative Finance tactics.

Our partners work with replies from our INBOUND SMS from our Agent Outreach campaigns, (the relationship is partially established), and help Realtors understand the "basics" of Cash and Creative deals; other seller options, build rapport and our underwriting team will rework dead/difficult deals. This role will require some time commitment, but the payoff huge.

Pay: $46,067.63 - $112,694.90 per year
