We are seeking someone wanting to get into Real Estate or a skilled and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase and sale of residential properties on behalf of our clients. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating deals, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new clients and maintain existing relationships
• Assist clients with buying and selling properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
• Negotiate deals on behalf of clients
• Prepare and review purchase agreements
• Keep up-to-date with the local real estate market and industry trends
• Attend and participate in real estate trainings provided by the broker
• Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and appraisers

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License or actively pursuing one

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
