REQUIREMENTS:

· This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent.

· This position requires at least two years of experience in sewing, inspection, or quality control.

· Must be familiar with specifications, standards, tolerances and fabric defects.

· Must have basic math skills with knowledge of fractions and know how to read a ruler.

· Must have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, internet, and email.

· Must be accurate in recording data.

· This position requires a high attention to detail

· This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks.

· Ability to work overtime, when needed.

· Must follow directions well.

· Good attendance is a must.

· Able to stand, walk, bend, lift and push cases up to 8 hrs.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds

· Must wear all safety gear and follow safety rules

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· This position is responsible for supporting the quality control functions within the distribution center at assigned location.

· The position ensures the accuracy of shipped goods.

· This position takes direction and accepts new responsibilities as required.

· This position involves various tasks that must be juggled on a regular basis.

· This position is cross trained in all arears of the QC department such as:

o Inbound shipments

o QA customer orders

o Outbound, etc….

· This position requires sound and logical decision making with minimum supervision, and also responsible for constantly distinguishing shades and completes Fransworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test.

· This position must complete ASQ and CFA certifications.

· Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors at all times.

HOURS: 1st shift hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. Some overtime may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
