We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.


We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join our compliance team. This role is based remotely with frequent travel.

Responsibilities Include::
  • Assists with newly developed programs, by reviewing licensure regulations, assisting with licensure applications
  • Provides on-going monitoring of quality and compliance of new programs.
  • Responsible for ensuring the proper and timely submission of licensure renewal applications and associated responses to obtain and renew state licenses.
  • Responsible for completion of Joint Commission General Applications, focused standards assessments and ensuring information is up to date for all Joint Commission Connect accounts.
  • Ensures all state and Joint Commission required notifications are completed appropriate within the timeframes, i.e. position updates, variance/waiver approvals, etc.
  • Assists with training program management on quality and compliance functions of their roles, state specific requirements and The Joint Commission standards.
  • Supports survey preparation efforts for Joint Commission and state licensure inspections.
  • Assists in development of corrective action plans and monitoring on-going compliance with corrective action plans, including random spot checks.
  • Maintains organized and up to date files and records on the P Drive and ShareFile including logs/trackers for licenses, grievances, etc.
  • Assists as needed with performance improvement efforts, including data collection and aggregation of data.
  • Ensures program compliance and access with reporting applications (CAIRS, MOTS, NIMRS, CONNECT, CHRIS).
  • Assists in completing chart audits.
  • Coordinates with the Quality & Compliance Department on policy and procedure development and maintenance.
  • Supports other projects, administrative tasks, and Quality & Compliance Department initiatives as directed.
Qualifications::
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of related experience preferred.
  • Self-starter, flexible, strong time management skills, detailed oriented and highly organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, team player who collaborates well with others.
  • This role is based remotely but will maintain a frequent travel schedule.
