We are looking for a fantastic Public Area Attendant who is passionate about people and maintaining the upkeep of the hotel common areas and public space. A Public Area Attendant enjoys interfacing with guests while cleaning and has a positive personality with high energy.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining corridors and public areas (hallway, elevators, service areas, stairwells) in accordance with housekeeping procedures, standards, and safety and security rules to ensure guest satisfaction and elevate the guest experience
• Removing soiled linen, terry, and trash from the service areas and taking to the appropriate locations for disposal

• Reporting any missing/found articles, damage, or merchandise problems to management
• Responding to guests requests and questions and reporting any guest issues or complaints to the appropriate leadership
• Thoroughly clean all public areas
• Responding to radio calls timely and following up after calls are completed

• Reporting suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to management
• Providing instruction and/or guidance for guests and associates safety in case of fire or other emergency situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
