LoveThyBeast is a popular pet brand that focuses on people as well as their pets. All of our products are stylish and smart, and we take pride in their production. We design, create and manufacture our core products and curate the best in pet from other brands.

We're looking for an experienced and committed sales associate to work 7-8 hour days, for a part time position or full time position

You will be in charge of all individual sales, engaging customers and informing them all about our products as well as shipping goods sold online or to our customers and wholesale partners. Our main focus is customer service and love for our customers pets who have become our family.

Training will begin immediatly at our East Village Location. Dec 2022 we will transfer you to our new larger Williamsburg location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Managing our Online Wholesale Sales Channel sales, pack/ship
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Assisting clients with custom sales
• Being our brand ambassador, promoting our other locations
• Restocking and keeping the store perfect
• Assisting with re-ordering and inventory

QUALIFICATIONS

• pet lovers with 1-3 year of retail experience required
• Confident and comfortable - Outgoing and friendly, engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
• Experience with Shopify POS a plus
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Weekends availability required

Previous sales experience is required, ideally focused on the pet market or local boutique. Available for immediate hire.
