We're based in Summit County and work throughout the area, including Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee residential construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and monitor progress against established targets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates, including progress reports, financial reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in residential construction, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Gantt scheduling and project management software.
  • Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
