What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace.

The essence of this role is to:

  • Continuously track project status and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross department timing management team
  • Create and track product launch cadence and supplier schedule
  • Track pre-series production planning in line with project planning
  • Coordinate and run plausibility check of the project master schedule across all departments including comparison to platform, software and module timing
  • Steer cross-departmental evaluations, planning and implementation of all IT systems required in the project and IT-related process adjustments as well as monitoring for compliance with project-related IT targets
  • Consolidate and evaluate the maturity assessment as well as initiate measures to achieve goals at the overall project level in coordination with the project managers and report to the head of Scout Motors Products
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of Product Management or Project Management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Expertise in timing management of large and complex industry projects
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and development processes, technology and market
  • Experience in usage of project management tools (e. g. CPlace, Microsoft Project)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to accurately summarize and present project information in a clear manner to management and other audience
  • A can-do-attitude and creative approach to break new ground for complex challenges
  • A collaborative approach and experience working in an international setting
  • Proficiency with German language a plus
