Crossover Health is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our corporate office in San Clemente, CA. This role will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO) that supports project work in the planning & executing of the project portfolio.


Job Duties:


Operational Excellence
- Provides direct, hands-on project and program management of all aspects of key initiatives to ensure effective and efficient implementation across the enterprise by using and developing Lean capabilities. Specifically, the position will:


  • Develop & execute against work plans for multiple small to midsize projects during any phase of the project life cycle, from conception through final implementation.
  • Define & monitor resource requirements for initiatives. Develops & maintains detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans & status reports. Leads the coordination of resources, project documentation, project status reporting, project risk management, change management as well as post implementation reviews.
  • Interface and manage all stakeholders affected by the specific Crossover initiative (e.g., Operations, Clinic Staff, Business Owners, Information Technology personnel, and the client).
  • Continuously monitor progress and proactively directs corrective actions to ensure successful achievement of project goals. Ensures adherence to quality standards & reviews project deliverables.
  • Facilitate the application of project management tools, processes, etc. to enable design and deployment of consistent processes and systems to enable cross-functional strategy deployment across the organization
  • Develop and monitor systems for continuous improvement, including people development. This includes facilitating improvement work using Lean principles and providing just-in-time improvement education.
  • Support planning and coordination of enterprise continuous improvement efforts.


Products/Services


  • Provides direct project and program management support for initiatives including referral management, secondary care products, and other related expansion of services.
  • Provides direct project and program management support for technology implementation for health centers and products according to XO established product parameters to enable operational processes, including eligibility file, portal deployment, email configuration and EHR implementation


Leadership/Strategy

  • Participates in development of annual strategic plans, goal setting, and facilitates ongoing prioritization of projects within the portfolio to ensure alignment
  • Employs Lean principles to aid in facilitation of strategic planning, goal setting, and project prioritization.
  • Works closely with the account team to support the clinical leadership and to collaborate on client reporting
  • Participates with the Medical Group and Account Management leadership team in setting policies and determining strategies to meet or exceed revenue, profit and cash flow commitments to the company, specifically incorporate/optimize the financial performance of individual practice unit levels (e.g., reducing fixed costs, managing variable labor costs, projecting expenses, etc.).
  • Upholds, safeguards, and promotes the organization’s values and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility as referenced in organizational values and philosophy standards
  • Under the guidance of leadership, designs and oversees deployment of departmental structures, operations systems, and practices and are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Leads cross-functional teams in translating XO principles into practice. This includes fostering systems-thinking and data-based decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a broad-based project/program management or PM and clinical environment is required.
  • 1 year of experience using project support tools such as OmniPlan, MS Project.
  • Effective time management experience is required.
  • Skill & experience in organizational change management are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure without direct supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of developing & implementing major projects on time & w/in budget as well as successfully leading multiple concurrent projects of medium (4-8 months) and large (8-12 months) scope.
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Knowledge, skill, & experience in Lean development and education are preferred
  • Skill & experience in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Skill & experience in MS PowerPoint or Google Slides


Reporting:

The Project Manager reports to the Medical Director (Client Specific)
