This position is the Senior Manager of F-22 Engineering Operations in the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Line of Business Engineering team.

The Operations team manages the IFG Engineering Business Rhythm including: metrics development and reporting, staffing, Command Media, and other executive reviews.

This manager also has the responsibility to lead the team of Project Engineers (PE) working on the entire life cycle of F-22 contracts. The Project Engineering teams provides project planning, direction, resource allocation, risk & opportunity support, and program cost/schedule/technical progress status for the execution of large, complex, cross-team development efforts.

This organization provides technical oversight and direction ensuring successful execution on large, complex, cross-team development efforts, in accordance with contractual technical requirements and the latest F-22 systems engineering processes.

The role is responsible for providing guidance and leadership, including generating an executable technical plan, proactively work with the team and the critical supplier to mitigate risks and promote program performance.

30% travel will be required.

Candidate must be a US Citizen, must possess secret clearance, and have the ability to obtain program clearances.
