Clean the World accomplishes its mission by collecting and recycling discarded soap and plastic amenity bottles from participating hospitality partners. Through the distribution of these and other donated hygiene products to impoverished people, help prevent millions of hygiene-related illnesses and deaths every year.

We are currently hiring for a Project and Implementation Manager


Job Description:

The project and Implementation Specialist role is responsible for corporate and charity contacts, implementation, and execution of consumer and corporate events. Inventory management of all materials before and after events. Support the sales team with developing and modifying client’s proposals. The ideal candidate is someone with strong technical and communication skills that is looking for an opportunity with a Social Enterprise company. Candidate must be able to move quickly, be a go-getter, able to switch between tasks quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks at one time. 25% travel to onsite events will be required.


Essential Functions:

  • Opportunity to work hand in hand with our Corporate & Charity contacts by bringing the client’s vision

into their event implementation and execution

  • Ability to execute start-to-finish project tasks
  • Will be working side-by-side with Account Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Developers,

Operations, Client Services and Sales team to learn the daily operations of Clean the World

  • Importing and testing data throughout the Clean the World systems
  • Modifying event content such as corporate and attendee profiles, registrations, pre & post sales calls & more
  • Quality-checking of content
  • Printing and shipping event materials
  • Helping inventory all material required before and after events
  • Assisting the Sales team with developing and modifying client proposals
  • Providing superior customer service and ongoing support


Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of job experience
  • Able to provide own transportation means and commute to and from the Orlando, FL office location
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Detail oriented, with a strong work ethic and a hunger to learn in a team environment
  • Willing to go above and beyond your expertise and job description

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Passionate about developing and growing products to support the mission
  • Deep understanding of agile project management
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to use a contact management system -

(ie: Salesforce), Event and Portal applications, and direction of how to input information is key

  • Project Management skills
