Program Support Analyst will be an integral PMO Lead working directly with onsite and remote Program Management leadership and technical staff for all CACI and Subcontractor personnel under the Mobile Device Design (MDD) program and subsequent follow-on or associated programs with the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center.


What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, directly supporting the Program Manager in the administration of all aspects of cost-plus services contract programs associated with MDD under the DEVCOM C5ISR Center, analyzing program requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations

  • Support MDD program and subsequent follow-on or associated programs with subject matter expertise in disciplined portfolio and will have the chance to collaborate with high-level policymakers, key stakeholders, and play a key role in future program success

  • Serve as Program Subcontracts Manager responsible for ensuring all Subcontracts are managed and maintained within schedule, cost, budget, and performance of all aspects of the contractual efforts.

  • Manage all Subcontractor Timekeeping, Travel, Invoicing, and Account Requests / Extensions.

  • Strategically assess business processes and procedures to improve day to day operations

  • Continuously developing and reviewing internal program procedures for program efficiencies and compliance

  • Provide business development support actions for future program proposals to include Non-Disclosure Agreements, Subcontractor Teaming Agreements, ROMs, Budgets, Requests for Quotes for Procurement, etc.

  • Maintain and update Program share drive and SharePoint, to include granting of access permissions

  • Facilitate and track timely completion and filing of all Contract Deliverables (CRLs)

  • Manage Contract Sync meetings with all key stakeholders, providing meeting minutes, as well as track and ensure successful resolution of open issues and escalate them to management, as needed

  • Provide event and/or meeting coordination, travel coordination for leadership and/or staff as requested

  • Prepare communications to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Percentage of Travel Required: 10%

  • Other duties as assigned

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance

  • Associate’s degree, vocational, or technical education in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, plus minimum 5 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)

  • Minimum 2 years’ related PMO or Program Support experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work independently effectively manage tasks and timelines with little to no direct supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of CACI enterprise applications such as Chrome River, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Deltek Timekeeping / SubET

  • Substantial experience managing / routing actions within a SharePoint environment
