Riverside Research is seeking full-time Program Managers to support Director, Air Force Chief Data Office (SAF/CO) sponsored activities across the Air Force Enterprise to ensure the visibility, accessibility, understanding, sharing, and trustworthiness of data across air, space, and cyberspace domains. Candidates will provide subject matter expertise in and perform on multidisciplinary teams that support data preparation and architecture, development of agile algorithmic solutions, evaluate and/or execute data governance and data maturity models; and conduct data analytics using state of the art mathematical and machine learning/artificial intelligence techniques and other data analytic lines of research/effort. Positions will be at various CONUS Air Force installations and the National Capital Region.
This position can be based out of Boston MA, Hanscomb AFB MA, or Langley AFB VA.

Job Duties
- Directs the planning and management of single or multiple projects and retains overall responsibility for the performance including the cost, schedule, deliverables and contract compliance.
- Responsible for overall success of the project(s) and ensures goals and standards are successfully implemented.
- Serves as liaison to Government and outside representatives and coordinates activities of support personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant program management certification required.
- 9 or more years of experience in program management and 5 or more years of experience in leading data science program efforts with large teams in an agile environment (10 or more reports).
- Experience with U.S. Government classified environments are preferred.
- Specialized experience required includes complete project management from inception to deployment, proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts
