Job description

Hesselbein Tire of Lubbock is looking for a professional delivery driver based out of Canyon or Amarillo to run our Dalhart route.

This route covers the Panhandle of Texas, the Panhandle of Oklahoma and Liberal, KS. This is typically 400-475 miles a day. We have a transfer driver bring the truck from our warehouse in Lubbock to Amarillo every night.

Skills:

Valid driver's license with a medical card is a must

Customer service experience

Ability to use and understand ELDs( Keep Truckin)

Ability to drive long hours and travel daily

Ability to lift 75+ pounds multiple times daily

Responsibilities:

Deliver merchandise to customers along your route

Complete daily pre and post trip inspections on your assigned vehicle reporting any defects to the fleet manager

Maintain proper logs and follow all FMCSA regulations

Availability:

This position is Monday- Friday.

The transfer truck will arrive at the secure parking lot overnight.

Monthly performance bonus available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
