Excellent career opportunity for a Penn Yan manufacturer!Remedy Staffing is seeking production operators for machine operation duties to mix/blend any of a wide variety of materials.
Shift: 7pm-7am (train on days for up to 6 months)
Wednesday-Saturday (4 nights/wk)
Great new pay rates!
$17.00/hour day shifts
$17.75/hour night shifts
** Competitive pay with pay increases every 6 months to reach $20/hr+. in 2 years **
Job Duties include:
Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements.
Compound or process ingredients or dyes, according to formulas.
Read work orders to determine production specifications or information.
Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Mix or blend ingredients by starting machines and mixing for specified times.
Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery or equipment.
Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.
Operate or tend machines and to mix or blend any of a wide variety of materials.
Add or mix chemicals or ingredients for processing, using hand tools or other devices.
Requirements:
Great work history
HSD/GED
Steel Toed Boots
Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 6 months
Must be able to work weekends
