2nd Shift = 3:15pm-11:30pm Monday - Friday $17/hr
3rd Shift = 11:15pm-7:15pm SUNDAY - THURSDAY $17.50/hr
Kudzu Staffing is currently seeking experienced Production Operators to fill 2nd and 3rd shift positions with a manufacturer in Lancaster, SC. The ideal candidates should be able to safely handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs and should have a strong production background in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements of the Production Operator
- Authorized to work in the United States
- GED or High School Diploma
- 2 or more years experience in pharmaceutical or food production industry
- 2 Valid forms of identification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Industrial cleaning

Responsibilities of the Production Operator
- Following written instructions for batch mixing, inventory and packaging
- Calculating, measuring, weighing raw materials
- Cleaning equipment
- Assisting in training new employees - non supervisory
- Monitoring machines
- Wearing all necessary PPE correctly daily
