New Leaf Services is currently hiring for full-time, experienced Production Operators who are interested in starting IMMEDIATELY at our large warehouse & manufacturing location in Pulaski, TN!

• Line Operators, Inspection/Trim, & Packing positions available.

✅Pay & Shifts Available:

• Pay starts at $17.50/hour!
• 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:10am
• Plenty of scheduled overtime at $26.25/hour!

✅Bonuses:

• $500 Incentive Bonus for attendance! (Pays $250 at 5 weeks of employment & the other $250 at 10 weeks of employment) (Must be working at least 35 hours/week).
• $100 Referral Bonus (For each person you bring on with you)

✅Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• You will rotate different workstations per rotation schedule as production needs require.
• Assembles finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification sheet and Adient’s ODSs
• Check standard operating procedures to determine required assembly, quality checks, and unique options.
• Manually placing components in tool bowls- i.e., wires, velcro, felt backing
• Manually removing foam from the tool; Use pneumatic tools to remove excess debris
• Checks stock bins for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners for the particular run.
• Check for the designed carton pack. Notifies material handler if a shortage exists or faulty parts are in bins.
• Check operating controls and safety stops on the conveyor.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies per customer order.
• From experience, resolves assembly and packing problems. Reports other problems to the maintenance or supervisor for assistance.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policy.
• Perform 5S cleanup activities daily.
• Work in a repetitive & fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. repeatedly.

✅Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have manufacturing experience!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny. ALL OTHERS BACKGROUND FRIENDLY!
