AriensCo, a global leader in the outdoor power equipment industry, is now hiring for our new manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, TN! Join a our team and see firsthand why the Ariens name has been synonymous with quality for nearly 90 years and counting.
The Day To Day…

Drive continuous improvement throughout the assembly process to include the use of the following tools or techniques:

Provide coaching and direction for development of team members.

Manages several subordinate Manufacturing Leaders or Supervisors and Material Leaders
The Qualifications…
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Masters Degree is a plus
- Minimum of five years using lean or quality tools to manage manufacturing operations
- Experience in materials replenishment, process improvement (lean), project management, and supervision is required
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, (laser, brake press, hand weld, robotic weldment and machining), is desired
- ASQE, APICs, Lean Certification(s), quality tools and/or Six Sigma are desired
