The CHE Companies is seeking a Production Coordinator to add to our growing Team. Covering three states and with multiple lines of expansion on the horizon, we are seeking a hungry, humble, and smart Production Coordinator to join us.

Key Job Responsibilities/Job Description:

· Check builder portals for Purchase Orders

· Pull PO's, plans, selections and load into Sage (accounting system) and Buildertrend (project management)

· Verify PO's, pricing, plans, and elevation for completeness and accuracy

· Effectively communicate with builders and Team members.

· Assist Team Members with various production tasks that may arise daily

Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get complete accurately and efficiently

Self-Motivated: Inspired to perform daily and structure your day.

Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively to help find solutions with other Team Members

Construction industry experience preferred, however it is not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,197.18 - $44,620.54 per year
