Production Associate
Job Overview:
As a Production Associate, you will be trained on how to help manufacture Stainless Structurals product to the highest standard. If you have a strong work ethic, are reliable and flexible then a career at Stainless Structurals is right for you.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, an aptitude for machinery and the ability to work well in a team setting. A successful candidate will have an eye for detail and will operate machinery using appropriate safety procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform set up procedures on manufacturing equipment
- Perform finishing operations on product, ex; grinding, blasting, straightening…
- Perform routine inspections of manufacturing equipment and communicate any issues
- Follow safety guidelines, policy, and procedures
- Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
- Perform quality checks on produced product to ensure meeting standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction
- Good leadership and training skills
- Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and production schedule
- Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs
- Great time management
- Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product or operations issues
- Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50lbs

2nd Shift 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
