Procurement Card Program Analyst
Job description
Under the leadership of the Director of Procurement, the position is responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-dayoperation of the procurement card program and systems, Oracle Supplier Portal, departmental website, all electronic systems, and subsequent manuals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have a thorough knowledge of standard procurement practices, policies and procedures, a thorough knowledge of school system routines and procedures, and a good understanding of School Board Policy and State Code as it relates to procurement. Knowledge of how a procurement card program integrates into a successful procurement system and an advanced understanding of procurement card programs and the ability to troubleshoot as needed. Must have the ability to communicate with vendors and internal customers; make decisions, resolve conflicts, and work within
established laws and policies. Must have a professional demeanor, good organizational skills, and the highest ethical standards. Must possess excellent computer skills, good oral and written communication skills, and have experience using and training others to use automated procurement or procurement card systems. Must be proficient in using software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Must have the ability to work independently and under pressure and communicate and work effectively with the public.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: Associate degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related area; or a high school diploma or higher with four (4) or more years of experience in a governmental procurement setting. Advanced training in a variety of application software, network software, and troubleshooting of network software and hardware problems. Experience in an office environment in software support and training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public using the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle, or feel objects and controls. Frequent sitting, walking, bending, grasping, fingering, repetitive motion, and reaching. Occasional standing, stooping, and crouching. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Requires timely and regular adherence to established work schedules.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a valid driver's license.

Salary range: $54,434-79,342
Salary will be based on job-related creditable years of full-time, verified work experience. Entry-level salary will be awarded at the time of hire. Upon the return of employment verification forms from the candidate's current and previous employers, the salary will be adjusted if creditable full-time experience is confirmed.
