Job Description:
- Business Process Analyst who can work with internal clients to recommend, build and implement process models. The Business Process Analyst would be responsible for defining, analyzing, validating and documenting process redesign efforts.
- Gathers and analyses information from a variety of sources (SMEs, documentation, and technical) to establish guidance and direction on building business process models within a process modeling methodology framework.
- Understands and determines the exact steps required to meet the business need and is capable of translating that direction to internal clients.
- Lead and facilitates process redesign workshops, fact-finding interviews, and other necessary activities to gather and synthesize information related to addressing the identified business challenge.
- Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance.
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with subject matter experts.
- Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations to documenting processes.
- Responsible for validating requirements by providing option comparisons and justifications.
- Capable of providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business need.
- Accountable for reviewing, creating, and finalizing extensive functional and technical documentation.
- Able to elicit and translate high-level business needs into specific and concise processes.
- Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned milestones.
- Produce written documentation and procedures to support process models and present findings and recommendations to clients.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and operating in an Agile PMO.
Skill required:
- Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations.
- Experience working in Business Process Management methodologies, techniques and methods, including process mapping and modeling.
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, as well as problem solving ability.
- Proven ability to self-manage and complete deliverables.
- Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's in IT or management preferred.
Work hours:
- 8am – 4pm (Negotiable)
- Lunch - 1 hour (unpaid)

- Urgent need of resource with possible extension

Pay: $55.00 per hour
