WITHIN YOUR TEAM
The position is responsible for supporting new product development, Printer and ink qualification, Support maintenance of line and printer/ink field escalations.

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Work as part of a team that develops innovative ink jet inks to drive growth.
Contribute significantly to NPD projects by performing ink printer qualifications.
Maintain printer testing equipment, trouble shoot and make repairs as needed.
Test and document ink performance in ink jet printers.
Perform printer failure and root cause analysis.
Document and communicate test results within Ink Development.
Coach others with less experience in printer operation and troubleshooting.
Drive continuous improvement in laboratory practices.
Follow lab safety guidelines strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
Associate degree in chemistry or mechanical/electrical engineering with at least 10 years of industrial experience.
Hands-on industrial experience with ink jet printing equipment or other complex machinery preferred. Must have CIJ (Continuous Ink Jet) experience.
