Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Salary Range $164,000-200,000 DOE
We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at one of our growing health centers in Los Gatos, CA!

Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum 1-2 years of primary care or urgent care experience required
- Group includes 7 Family Medicine physicians and 2 APP (Advanced Practice Provider)
- Practice utilizes EPIC electronic health records
- 50% Support: In direct patient care, RX refills, MyHealth messages and phone calls
- 50% Patient care: Walk-ins, physicals and acute needs in the afternoon
- Practice contributes to Stanford Hospitals and Clinics’ research, health education and community service missions
- Full range family medicine practice including infants, children, and common gyn procedures
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active and unrestricted CA License
- 2 (two) years of experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care
