Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Learn all the prep items and execute in a timely fashion.
• Able to follow an iPad with our recipes and checklists.
• Willing to learn grill/expo/salads
• Great knife handling skills
• Ability to stand for 7-9 hours a day in a kitchen and lifting 40+lb cases.
• Able to work independently in your position.
• Properly wash and sanitize dishes
