We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our team in a casual dining restaurant, bar, or fast casual restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to the restaurant's recipes. The Prep Cook must be able to work quickly and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for meals according to recipes.
• Ensure all food items are stored and handled in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in the preparation of meals for customers in a timely manner.
• Understand the menu items and how they should be prepared.
• Follow instructions from the head chef or sous chef.
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
