Nextride is a multi-line high end powersports dealer specializing in used motorcycles as well as selling new Aprilia, MV Agusta, and Moto Guzzi Motorcycles. We have been a top dealer in the Tampa Bay area since 2010 and we are looking for an experienced General Manager from the powersports industry or a high performing General Sales Manager looking to jump to the next level!

Qualifications and Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in a well performing Powersports dealership
• Effectively manage both people and processes
• A thorough understanding of financial statements and internal processes and controls
• Experience with staffing, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring department managers
• Strong Computer skills

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the owner and managers to meet sales and profit goals
• Manage day to day operations of departments
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Approve all major internal expenditures
• Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring of needed staff
• Implementation of marketing plans for both short-term and long-term growth
• Knowledge and experience with all motorcycles preferred but not required
