Job Description: Power Washing Technician/Crew Leader
Company: Red Cow Inc.- Lot Management
Classification: Full-Time, Hourly $25 per hour
Report to: Power Washer Supervisors
Position Summary:
The Power Washing Technician/Crew Leaders identify and perform a variety of highly skilled maintenance work through contract and work order Power Washing.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Identifying property maintenance needs on an ongoing basis.
- Operating heavy-duty utility vehicle that houses power washing equipment.
- Safely positioning utility vehicles and equipment to ensure the safety of the operator and any civilians
- Cleaning all areas as assigned.
- Operating flush hose, power washer, and soap hoses.
- Conducting preventative maintenance functions in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining overall maintenance and appearance of the community and grounds.
- Communicating with clients and residents in a kind and respectful manner.
- Ensuring that all scheduled jobs and timekeeping are properly recorded and submitted.
- Maintaining ongoing equipment inventory and updating equipment needs list.
- Submit pictures of the completed jobs on a daily basis.
- Required to report any jobs that cannot be completed to the supervisor.
- Completing all other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Some training or trade school relating to the position preferred.
- 2-5 years of commercial building maintenance and power washing experience REQUIRED.
- Current CA DL and clean driving record REQUIRED.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50.
- Ability to climb a ladder while carrying necessary parts.
- Ability to be on one’s feet for an extended period of time.
- Ability to push or pull equipment with force.
- Ability to work with medium to high-level cleaning chemicals and comply with SDS sheets.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel locally.
- Boom Lift/Scissor Lift Experience a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
- Experience with service contracts a plus.
