The Hallmark Companies is seeking a responsible individual for Grounds/Cleaner; creating clean and healthier environments for our residents common areas, and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.
- * Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.

- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Use proper PPE where required
- Opens and locks facilities.
- maintain clean common areas for residents.
- Daily grounds pick up, pet stations, etc.
- DRIVING/TRAVELING REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
