The Project Manager manages resources, schedules, financials and adheres to NFM quality and SDLC guidelines throughout the full project life cycle.
Applicants for this position may work remotely from their home. However, they must live in one of the states where NFM operates, including IA, NE, MO, KS, and TX.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Develop: and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from discovery and planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
- Manage: the day-to-day project activities, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets. Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
- Analyze: and report project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
- Own: project life cycle from initiation to full implementation for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Prepare: estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required
- 4 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects required
- 4 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment required
- 2 years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle required
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Lucid Char
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
