As a PM Dishwasher, you are the heart of the back of house team! You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Nights required
- Maintain the flow of all of the restaurant washables.
- Ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests.
- Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times.
- Assist in prep and line needs.

MAINTAIN A CLEAN DISH AREA
RUN DISHES THROUGH IN A TIMELY MANNER
ENSURE DAILY THAT THE MACHINE IS RUNNING EFFICIENTLY
KNOW WHAT CHEMICALS WE USE AND HOW TO CHANGE OUT AND TEST
EFFECTIVELY CLOSE THE DISH STATION ACCORDING TO CLOSING STANDARDS
BE ABLE TO COMPLETE PREP TASKS DURING SHIFT
BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK WHILE RUNNING DISHES THROUGH
EXECUTE DISH PICK-UPS AND LINE SWEEPS
BE ABLE TO TAKE OUT TRASH/BOXES DAILY
