Rush Plumbing is a well-established, family-owned local service and repair plumbing company looking for a RELIABLE, HONEST, HARD WORKING PROFESSIONAL with a solid skill set that wants to be part of a growing team.

We are looking for an individual to schedule appointments, coordinate and dispatch our team of technicians to ensure service goals are achieved. To be successful, you will thrive on having multiple tasks at a time and are an expert organizer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Dispatch experience a MUST

• Customer service experience

• Computer skills

• Ability to obtain and retain information from customers and fellow team members

• Ability to communicate clearly and quickly

• Ability to maintain friendly professional attitude under stress

• Ability to work quickly

• Ability to receive, prioritize and assign customer calls

• Ability to work independent and as a team player

• Self-motivated / self-sufficient

• Mon- Fri, - 7:30- 4pm
