Hillandale Gettysburg, LP is looking for a full time Plant Production Planner employee. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the daily creation and coordinating of the Run Sheet for the Processing Plant Managers to follow on a daily basis in Gettysburg and Spring Grove lacation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide overall direction for Processing Plant Managers to follow on a daily basis.
• Maintain proper inventories to meet orders
• Communicate effectively to team members and be a resource for questions that individuals might have.
• Create, receive, maintain and troubleshoot various spreadsheets needed to be productive and maintain efficiencies within Supply Chain using the most appropriate software needed.
• Work cross functionally with other departments such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Transportation.
• Efficiency reporting as required.
• Keep operational efficiencies in mind when providing direction and making decisions.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Filing, answering phones, copying, scanning, mailing and faxing documents as required.
• Other job related duties as required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma is preferred.
• 1-2 years working within Distribution, Processing or Supply Chain experience perferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Aeros preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency; spreadsheet creation and analysis, using common and sometimes complex formulas is a must, including the skills to develop charts and reports.
• Must be able to muti-task with accuracy, quick thinker, attention to detail and a self starter
• Must work, communicate and relate well with team memebers and members of Senior Management.

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
