Pipelayer
Job description
Pipelayer needed with 2-3 years experience.
Install pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
Ensure ground is prepped and trenches dug out for pipes.
Grade trenches and cover pipes with dirt or other material.
Slide pipe into trenches and align pipe sections, pull out defective or misaligned pipes.
Inspect places where pipes are fitted together to ensure pipes are spaced out properly and according to specifications.
Perform continual maintenance on tools and replace those needing repair.
Assist with other general labor duties as required.
Must have a valid driver’s license, submit to a drug and background test.
$25-30 per hour.
