Sigma Health Rehab is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility.

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our professional team at Sigma Health Rehab. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in physical therapy, and a passion for improving the lives of our patients.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Responsibilities Include:
· Assessing patients in need of rehabilitation services
· Providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition and functional capabilities.
· Establishing and administering treatment programs with specific goals based on patients’ capacity and tolerance, under the direction of a physician.
· Setting realistic goals for patients
· Documenting and recording the patient’s condition and progress.
· Educating patients and their families in appropriate physical therapy methods
PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
- Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
- The Physical Therapist is responsible for overseeing and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
- Well versed with documentation writing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,000.00 - $93,600.00 per year
