The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully litigating cases. Individuals that have tried over 50 personal inury cases related to Company Vehicles, Semi-Tractor Trailers, Motorcycles and automobile accidents are highly preferred. Those who have tried less than 50, but more than 20 are still encouraged to apply.

Our Client is seeking experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys to join their growing law firm in Houston, Tx. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully litigating cases. Individuals that have tried over 50 personal inury cases related to Company Vehicles, Semi-Tractor Trailers, Motorcycles and automobile accidents are highly preferred. Those who have tried less than 50, but more than 20 are still encouraged to apply.




Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to, automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice cases
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach a settlement or resolution
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of residence
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and the legal system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
• Professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards are a must

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proven track record of successfully resolving personal injury cases

Spanish speaking is a plus
