Personal Care Assistants are a large part of our care team. Assistants offer our clients dignity of care while promoting their independence when possible. Duties include assisting our clients with their daily needs, and activities. Including but not limited to companionship, providing ROM, bathing, mobility, support, personal hygiene, preparing meals, light laundry, and house keeping duties.

Required skills are up to date CPR certifications, Must be immunized, Must have completed Covid 19 series vaccinations, Valid CNA Certification with at least 2yrs experience in home care, geriatric care, respite care, hospice, and or palliative care. A commitment to patients health & safety, posess excellent communication skills, must be well organized, a self starter, reliable, have a positive attitude, ability to work well as a team member, and strong ethics with a heart and compassion for health care. Must pass a national background check.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• health care: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• CNA (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
