We are working on a Patient Representative/ Intake Coordinator opportunity to work in the International Center at a well-known and prestigious hospital in Boston, MA. Must speak Arabic.

Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Hybrid: 4 days a week in office (Longwood Medical Center Area), 1 day remote.

Hours are Mon- Fri 9:00am- 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Review patient intake forms.
• Reach out to finance teams to get patients registered.
• Work with the nursing team to get patients scheduled, work with New Patient Coordinators and follow up to confirm everything with the patient.
• Act as the initial point of contact for oncology patients, families, and other external entities.
• Manage cases, plan all inpatient and outpatient care with providers for consultation, diagnosis, and medical procedures at affiliated locations.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Arabic/ English
• Administrative and/or healthcare experience
