PARTSMAN TRAINEE:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In the Partsman Trainee role, you will learn how to sell heavy equipment parts and respond to customer needs for parts in person or by telephone at the branch. Every day you will develop your skills to determine customer parts needs through the use of literature, computer programs, and parts knowledge, and how to recommend parts or services to the customer. To thrive in this role, you must be coachable, motivated, and enjoy building relationships with current and potential customers.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Self-motivation, a winning attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other services.
• Above-average organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and various search engines.
• Ability to operate a forklift. (Training is available)

Starting Compensation: $19-31.85/hr (Depending on Experience)
