Nick Mayer Chevrolet Buick GMC located in Lewisburg, TN. has an immediate opening for a qualified Parts Counter Person to join our Team. The Parts Counter Person is responsible for ensuring service repair parts and accessories are readily available for both internal and external guests. Turnaround time and accuracy on service parts required is an important factor in meeting customer expectations.

Job Duties Include:
- Apply retail techniques to sell and display parts and accessories in a professional way.
- Order and receipt parts needed by internal and external guests
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items if applicable.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct a daily inventory, receiving, stocking, and shipping of parts and accessories.
- Pull and stage orders going out for delivery.
- Generate core returns and ship them back to the manufacturer.
- Note any discrepancies in the orders received and notify the appropriate parties.
- Field phone calls, provide quotes and other related information timely to meet customers’ expectations.
- Process all paperwork in a secure manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, honest, and professional.
- Detail oriented.
- General automotive knowledge, or willing to learn about the industry.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to comply with our pre-employment & drug screening requirements.
