CarCare To Go is seeking a dedicated top-level Parts Associate to help grow our booming business and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. We are looking to disrupt an industry so you will need to have that growth and competitive mindset. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a combined labor and parts team that is dedicated to the common goal of delivering an extraordinary experience to our clients. We work with both OEM and after-market parts. You will work on the process from start to finish to make sure that we have the right parts for each job in a timely manner. That includes managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

• Proactively communicate with clients and other team members on parts status

• Team-First mentality

• Constantly look for ways to expedite parts deliveries or pickups

• Maintain high attention to detail when reviewing estimates to ensure accuracy

• Pulls and fills orders from stock and from aftermarket partners

• Maintain high level relationships with internal and external accounts

• Manage an ever-changing inventory on a weekly basis

• Provide accurate invoicing to advisors and clients

• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Qualifications

• Experience in aftermarket parts sales

• Demonstrated history of proactive problem solving

• Ability to juggle a lot of tasks at once effectively with a high attention to detail

• Track record of identifying and implementing improvements in customer experience

• Track record of going above and beyond to make clients happy

• Flourish in a fast-paced work environment

• Have strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Pay: From $925.00 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
