Sodalis Senior Living is looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper to establish standards of cleanliness and presentation for assisted living and memory care apartments and common areas. 25 Hours a week Tuesday-Saturday 10am-3pm

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Assisted living and memory care apartments and common areas will be cleaned weekly according to schedule and as the need arises. Responsibilities and requirements include:

· Provide daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual routine cleaning including, but not limited to, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and mopping of floors, dusting of furniture and blinds (both resident apartments and common areas), cleaning of bathrooms (both resident apartments and common areas), and cleaning of bookshelves, display furniture and decorations, tables, counter tops, glass, stainless steel, and all common areas.

· Provide weekly linen and personal laundry as per resident request

· Provide minor maintenance and cleaning items including, but are not limited to:

· Clean apartment air conditioner filters

· Change light bulbs as needed

· Unclog toilets. Report to management when unable to clear.

· Clean-up of outside areas, including entrances and patios

· Clean behind dryers according to schedule

· “Make-ready” cleaning of vacated apartments

· Report any abuse and neglect allegations in accordance with the law

· Ensure that telephone inquiries and unscheduled visitors received a favorable impression

· Attend regular scheduled staff training

· Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
