Community Concierge Services (CCS) is growing quickly in Katy, TX. CCS provides doorstep trash solutions to apartment communities 5 evenings per week and is currently looking for a part time evening trash collector based in Katy, TX. The part time trash collector will focus on the valet trash services for one community in the evening.

The primary responsibilities include:

-Using your open bed pickup truck to collect trash bags and recycling from apartment doorsteps using leak proof tote bag

Dump all trash from truck into onsite compactor

Run and cleanup compactor daily

Hours/Workload:

-This position will start at7pm and typically finish by 9:30PM but based on needs may run a bit longer on Sundays - This is a Sunday-Thursday position no Fridays or Saturdays Required.

-The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well versed in time management, ability to clearly communicate, be able to handle physically demanding work for extended periods of time.

Requirements:

Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs at a time while going up and down stairs

Must have a smart phone with a data plan (we have an app to log info)

Must have an open bed pickup truck

Must have a "get it done" attitude

Must have a valid drivers license/insurance

Must be able to pass a background check/drug test

Compensation:

$1,200 per month for approximately 10-15 hours per week

Flat rate but averages to $20-30 per hour depending on how quickly you move.

Pay is W2 and 2x per month on the 3rd and 18th.

Ability to quickly move into a full time role for the right candidate.
