Come and find your purpose performing cleaning duties at the beautiful St. Benedict's Senior Community located just East of the Mississippi River and the St. Cloud State University Campus. This is a much quieter cleaning role than those over at the main Hospital. We are seeking the perfect individual to join our team in serving our community and our patients at this wonderful Long-Term Care facility.

HOURS

This is a part-time position that will fulfill 15 hours every two weeks. Shifts will be every other weekend (Sat + Sun). These are 7a-3p shifts.

PAY

Our entry-level starting pay would be $16.00/hour, and more depending on experience. (Be sure to include your resume).

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and attractiveness of the on-floor resident areas.
• Performs daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of offices and public rooms in this area along with all resident living areas.
• Responsible for providing an aesthetically pleasing environment for the public, the residents and the staff.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the resident beds and utensils.
• Performs monthly bed washing and making.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of wheelchairs and equipment.
• Performs weekly cleaning of tub rooms and commodes.
• Mentor: Functions as a role model and a resource person for new Environmental Services Assistants.
• Acts as a training and technical coach who will help create a supportive period for the new employee.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED ES Aide/Mentor
  

EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated proficiency in performing the technical skill required of an Environmental Services Assistant.
  

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and Courteous customer service skills.
