Part Time Campus Services Associate
(20 hours per week)
The Campus Services Associate reports to the Director of Campus Services and is a key support position for the Campus Services Center, which is comprised of the campus store, copy center, mail room, and the snack bar.
Specific Duties include:
- Responsible for operations of Campus Services including, but not limited to, maintaining adequate stock for the snack bar, retail operations in the store and snack bar, and assisting with mail and package service.
- Responsible for support of copy center operations
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Campus Services
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, including but not limited to areas of time management and scheduling tasks.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work within a team, and articulate ideas clearly.
- Service-oriented problem-solver who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Requires operation of cash registers, copy machines, and experience with Microsoft Office.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Flexibility with schedule to accommodate operations of Campus Service Center M-F 8:00 a.m. through 6:30 p.m.
- Some retail experience preferred.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds.
The Campus Services Associate position is a part - time position.
