Twenty Four Wealth, a boutique wealth management firm in Dairen, CT is seeking a highly motivated individual for a full time Paraplanner role within the financial planning department.
The Paraplanner role supports the firm’s financial planning process by gathering & researching client data, utilizing financial planning software and tools to create custom financial plans, and monitoring client progress over time.
In this role, you will be provided in depth training in every aspect of financial planning, as well as the opportunity for career growth and advancement.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and input client financial data
- Identify and research planning solutions pursuant to clients’ needs and goals
- Assist in the development of high-level financial plans for clients of varying complexity
- Develop an in-depth knowledge base of planning concepts, strategies, and products
- Provide onboarding and assistance to clients for the use of their personal website, including assistance with on-line access to their financial institutions
- Provide ongoing service to clients on the platform; including ensuring all accounts are aggregating, ensuring data is current, and updating all documents in their vault
Key Competencies
- FINRA Series 7, 66 prior to hire (or obtained within 90 days)
- Life, Accident & Health license preferred
- Minimum 2 years financial services or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client relationship management skills

Pay: From $56,051.00 per year
