FEI, a subsidiary of The Berlin Steel Construction Company, is a structural steel fabrication facility located in Natural Bridge Station, VA. We are a 100% employee owned company (ESOP) with a desire for growth. We service the private commercial, public, institutional, and industrial markets.

We are currently looking for individuals to join our team in our Paint Shop. Painter/Loader applicants must understand all aspects of moving, prepping, painting, and loading Structural Steel. Applicants must also understand drawings specifications for painting, be reliable, and be able to follow directions.

In addition to being an employee owned company, we provide excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and 401K. Applicants must be dependable and capable of passing a pre-employment physical, respirator fit test, and drug test. Pay is based on experience.
